Another brilliant addition to the series. When I finished reading, Lost Graves, I said in my review, that I could not wait for the next book in the series to come out. The dynamic trio of Boyle, Keneally, and Kehoe are back -woohoo!!!! This series is excellent!

In this book, Rosie Blake, a child with cancer was taken from her hospital room. She depends upon her cancer treatments/Chemo and doctors to keep her alive. Her parent’s although distraught, are often a little off. They are worried and yet they are giving off a vibe. Dad doesn’t want his computers looked at, has an attitude, is demanding yet not too cooperative.

This book also has a vibe of the supernatural kind. Which I dig! Throw in some cult with human sacrifice vibes, some grabs for power and you have yourself a winner! Oh wait! There is more, fans of this series know Uruz is back! Those who have not read the previous two books in this series, get reading. Seriously, I said it before and I will say it again, this is an excellent series.

I love the team and their banter. I love the tension and how it flows throughout this book. A little girl with cancer, in need of her medications immediately grabbed my attention and my heart. Without her treatment she doesn’t have much time. Heart beating, emotions on high and fear for a child’s well being kept me grabbing my kindle. The settings in this book also set the stage and create atmosphere while intensifying the spooky vibe in this book.

Hold onto your hats as this book has a lot going on, but things come together in a brilliant fashion.
Book #4, I hope you come out soon!

Well written, well thought out, evoking emotion and tense! Highly recommend!
