Every parent’s worst fear…

When Molly’s seventeen-year-old daughter, Jennifer did not come home one night, she experienced fear like she never had before. Her daughter was missing, and the police had no leads. Eventually it was assumed that Jenny may have been a victim of a sexual predator. Alan, Molly’s husband, consumed by rage and heartbreak, is killed by the police after shooting the man he believes took and killed his daughter.

Years later, Molly received an anonymous note telling her to look up a site where escorts advertise their services. Molly is stunned when she sees a woman named Amber who looks like a grown-up version of her daughter. Could it be? Is her daughter still alive? Who is this woman? Molly goes to Phoenix and learns that Amber’s roommate has been murdered and Amber is missing.

This was a captivating and fast read that kept me on my toes. This book was well written, well thought out and perfectly paced. What a ride! I enjoyed the suspense and the action.

Another solid book by Thane. This is my third book by this author, the others being Fatal Blow and Crossroads, and I look forward to reading more of his books in the future.

Thank you to James Thane who provided me with a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. All the thoughts and opinions are my own.
