What a wild ride this was!!!

This was a fast paced where-is-this-all-going read! Freida McFadden has written another thrilling book. Plus, the narrator of the audiobook did a terrific job, and I did not want to stop listening.

Medical student Amy Brenner is going to be on a locked psychiatric ward overnight. She has reasons for not wanting to be there. She is hoping that no one ever finds out. But this is part of her medial training, and she must do the psychiatric rotation.

But as the night goes on, both patients and staff go missing. There is talk of danger by patients and as Amy tries to make sense of everything, the evening becomes a nightmare.

I enjoyed the tension that flowed throughout this book. This book grabbed my attention from the beginning and didn’t let go. I just had to know what was going to happen on this overnight shift.

Another solid book by McFadden.

Thank you to Dreamscape Media, Hollywood Upstairs Press and NetGalley who provided me with a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. All the thoughts and opinions are my own.
