*CRACK* That is the sound of Steven Cavanagh knocking it out of the ballpark.
Ruth is viciously attacked in her home aby a man with intense blue eyes. She is left traumatized and frightened. Will she ever feel safe again, knowing her attacker is still out there?
Amanda is suffering after the loss of her daughter and husband. She meets Wendy at a support group, and after having drinks they conclude that they have a lot in common. Inspired by Hitchcock’s Strangers on a Train, Wendy suggests “ if you kill for me, I’ll kill for you. “
Wowza!!! I had a lot of fun with this book. It was instantly gripping, intense, and hard to put down! I loved the premise and was awed by how well thought out this book down. Cavanagh had me on the edge of my seat, gripping my kindle and swiping those pages wanting to know what shoe would drop next.
Talk about jaw dropping! I did not see one of the reveals coming. I was blind sighted and loved it! That is how you do it!
Well written, well thought out, jaw dropping and heart pounding! I can’t wait to read what Steve Cavanagh writes next.
