Emma, Juliette, and Daphne have never spoken about the night when their parents were murdered. Since that night they have drifted apart….

When Emma tells her husband that she is pregnant, he has some news for her as well. He has lost his job; they have no money, and their apartment has been sold. With nowhere to go, Emma tells him about her family home which she owns with her sisters. They move into Emma’s childhood home and the past comes knocking. Everyone assumed that Emma killed her parents, but with everyone pointing their fingers at her, will the killer ever be found?

This was a gripping tale about family secrets, relationships, family, and murder. This book kept me on my toes and trying to figure out whodunit. There was a nice number of twists and turns which had me guessing and second guessing the identity of the killer. There is also a shocking reveal which I did not see coming!

I listened to the audiobook and thought the narrator did a terrific job.

Gripping, twist filled and shocking.
