A fantastic fairy tale for adults! All fairy tales are a little dark to some degree. Most fairy tales involve good vs. evil, a lesson, conflict, magic or magical creature, and a character for readers to cheer. The Priest, the Boy and the Slug: A Dark Children’s Fairy Tale for Adults is a dark fairy tale for adults about a sweet, kind, naughty boy, his ‘fond of a good spanking’ uncle/priest, and a green glowing slug!

Coming in at 22 pages, this is a quick read-in-one-sitting tale about a young curious, lonely boy forced to clean by his evil uncle who did unimaginable evil things in the name of the almighty, and the boy’s pet. In 22 pages this book looks at good vs. evil, light vs. dark, loneliness, curiosity, and the things that brighten and improve our lives. There is darkness, there is light, and there is humor in this short story. Plus, that ending! You will need to read this for yourself to find out how things end!

Clever, entertaining, gripping, and dark – just how a fairy tale should be!

My goodreads friend, Federico DN, wrote this under his clever pen name Sirius Imnot. The author provided this book for free on Amazon, and I downloaded it voluntarily. All the thoughts and opinions are my own.
