If Shari Low writes a book, I am going to read it. She has a knack for creating characters that I instantly care about. Her writing is also wonderful, moving, uplifting, humorous, and heartwarming. I was completely captivated by the plot of One Day and Forever which shows four characters facing challenges, revelations, and life changing events.
As the characters in this book find their lives changed in various ways in just one day, I was there for every second of it. The characters respond to each of their challenges in believable and realistic ways. As they process the things in their life, they show their connection to each other, provide support, and a caring environment in which to vent. Shari Low’s books are charming, focus on relationships, family, community, real life issues, and love. I always feel good when I close the last page while anticipating reading what she writes next!
